A: We provide customized, instantaneous shipping quotes at checkout once you enter your shipping address. The cost of shipping artwork and delivery lead time vary significantly depending on the distance it is being shipped and the specifics of the artwork itself. To provide the fastest possible experience for you, our print partners ship orders within 3-5 business days of your order confirmation. We advise customers to anticipate longer lead times if they select international shipping outside of the United States.

Q: Tracking your order
A: Once you place your print order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Artchild will e-mail you with your tracking number as soon as the printer ships your order.
Q: Changing the delivery address on your order
A: If you need to change the delivery address on your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@artchild.com. If there are updated shipping costs based on the new location, we may either invoice you or initiate a refund if there are updated shipping costs based on the new location.
Q: Taxes and duties
A: For orders shipping within the United States, we charge applicable state sales taxes at checkout. For orders shipping internationally, we do not cover any customs, import or duty fees. Please make sure to with local regulations for artwork shipments.

Q: Do Artchild works come framed?
